Qualifications

• Knowledge of transportation and engineering principles, standards, and laws.
• Experience managing Federal Aid projects.
• Ability to monitor and control budget and financial resources.
• Experience applying effective management skills in program management.
• Ability to manage a multicultural workforce and promote equity.
• Ability to establish effective relationships with City, agencies and partners.
• Experience developing and implementing communications and outreach strategies.
