Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, public policy, or related field.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in construction management with supervisory duties.
• Desired: PE, CCM, PMP, and/or CCMP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer construction management SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and resource-manage staff including engineers, PMs, and inspectors.
• Administer public works contracts, monitor compliance with plans and permits, and oversee change orders.
• Coordinate with SPU divisions, City departments, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to city standards throughout projects.
