Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited university
• 5+ years of relevant experience in municipal engineering, public works, civil infrastructure, or related fields
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Experience leading or managing public-sector civil engineering projects, including project scope, schedule, budget, and multidisciplinary project teams
• Experience with roadway, drainage, stormwater, water, wastewater, and utility infrastructure projects
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering design software

Aufgaben

• Lead and support planning, design, and delivery of municipal public works and infrastructure projects
• Serve as Project Manager on assigned projects, managing scope, schedule, budget and quality
• Perform engineering design and analysis for roadways, drainage, stormwater, and utility systems
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, technical reports, plans, and cost estimates
• Coordinate with municipalities, utility agencies, and regulatory bodies
• Lead project meetings and maintain communication with clients and stakeholders
• Manage permitting with local, state, and federal agencies
• Mentor junior staff and support business development efforts
