Job summary

Ardurra is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager for our Civil Practice in the Atlanta area (Marietta or Buford). This role leads site design, permitting, and oversight of construction for municipal and private clients.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's in Civil/Environmental Engineering, 10+ years of relevant experience, and ideally a GA PE license. Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil3D and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• PE license in GA preferred.
• 10+ years of directly applicable experience in land development or civil projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site design and planning projects from concept through final design.
• Mentor junior engineers and maintain a high-performing team.
• Provide construction oversight for infrastructure and land development.
• Interface with clients, regulators, and contractors.
