Job summary

ISG, a Green Bay-based civil engineering firm, is seeking a Civil Engineer to join its Public Works team in Green Bay, WI. The role focuses on designing and delivering municipal water, wastewater, utilities, and roadway projects with client liaison and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

You will work with surveyors, architects, environmental scientists and construction specialists, with opportunities for travel and growth within ISG's nationwide footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license preferred.
• 2 years of direct client contact and project management experience.
• 5 years of experience leading technical teams.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to present technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead municipal engineering projects for water, wastewater, utilities and roads.
• Serve as primary client contact.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across disciplines.
• Deliver projects within budget and schedule.
• Work with permitting agencies.
• Develop technical reports and designs.
• Lead proposals and define scope and budgets.
• Provide performance feedback to team members.
• Support travel and field site visits.
