Job summary

ISG is seeking a Civil Engineer in Green Bay, WI to join a collaborative, employee-owned team. The role involves delivering thoughtful, community-impacting civil solutions from concept through construction, while mentoring peers and growing professionally within a multidisciplinary group.

You will work with experienced engineers, planners, and architects to advance high-profile projects and ensure design intent, compliance, and quality throughout all project phases.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within 1 year
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in Civil Engineering
• Strong communication, project management, report writing, organization, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of industry design standards
• Self-directed and can work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with local government process and permitting

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement civil engineering strategies that support innovative, sustainable project outcomes
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and local, state, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth project coordination and compliance
• Support projects through contract and construction administration
• Prepare and contribute to infrastructure master plans, feasibility studies, and technical reports
• Produce engineering drawings, details, specifications, and schedules using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS
• Provide technical expertise and on-site support during construction
• Mentor and lead local ISG team members
