ISG, a 100% employee-owned architecture and engineering firm, is seeking a talented Civil Engineer for our Public Works team in Des Moines, IA. This role involves leading municipal water, wastewater, utilities, and roadway design projects, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, and serving as the primary client contact.

Ideal candidates have a Civil Engineering degree, PE license preferred, and 2+ years of direct client contact and project management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license preferred for lead roles.
• Minimum 2 years direct client contact and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical municipal engineering activities focused on water and wastewater utilities.
• Serve as primary client contact and coordinate across disciplines.
• Deliver projects within budget and schedule commitments.
• Prepare designs, estimates, and specifications for municipal projects.
• Support business development and client relationships.
