Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet the public and answer calls, directing inquiries to the proper person.
• Collect payments for utility bills and meters.
• Prepare forms, reports, notices, and monthly reports.
• Enter, verify, and correct data in computer systems.
• Process and enforce disconnects when required.
• Balance daily payments and perform deposits.
