DCCA is a veteran-owned IT business delivering innovative solutions since 1982. The Operations Manager role requires strong program management, CMS experience, and a track record in healthcare IT opportunities.

Candidates should have ten to twelve years in IT, a bachelor degree or equivalent, and excellent written and verbal communication. Public Trust clearance is a plus. Maryland salary range is $110,000–$130,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience with 10–12 years in a related technical environment.
• PMI PMP preferred.
• CMS experience required.
• 10 years of Information Technology experience.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Hands-on MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Hands-on MS Project experience.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for the performance of projects or a definable portion of a larger program in accordance with contract requirements and company policies.
• Acquire follow-on business associated with assigned projects and support new business development, leading relatively small proposals or assisting with major proposals.
• Demonstrate ability to build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with clients.
• Identify and capture new business opportunities within the Healthcare IT market.
• Support proposal/bid/negotiation strategies for new business opportunities.
