Job summary

Raventek Solution Partners LLC is seeking a Compliance Review Attorney for the Operations – Services team. The role supports federal compliance, regulatory review, and case evaluation for a government customer, performing legal analysis of complaints and supporting documentation.

The position requires a JD, active bar membership, and at least one year of relevant experience, with on-site work across multiple U.S. locations and a 40-hour week. Public Trust eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of one year of relevant legal experience.

Responsibilities

• Review complaints, allegations, inquiries, and supporting documentation for completeness and sufficiency.
• Conduct legal and factual analysis to identify relevant issues and determine appropriate disposition or next steps.
• Evaluate information for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedural requirements.
• Perform research and analysis to support case review, investigative, and compliance-related activities.
• Draft correspondence, memoranda, summaries, reports, and other written work products.
• Maintain accurate case files, documentation, and supporting records within applicable systems.
