Job summary

Raventek Solution Partners LLC is seeking a Compliance Review Attorney to support a government client with federal regulatory programs. You will analyze complaints and supporting documentation to determine disposition, draft formal analyses, and ensure adherence to laws and policies. The role requires a J.D., active bar, and at least one year of relevant experience.

The position is on-site at multiple U.S. locations, with a Monday–Friday schedule, 40 hours per week, and Public Trust eligibility.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of one year of relevant legal experience.
• Experience with legal analysis, investigations, regulatory reviews, or case evaluations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review complaints, allegations, inquiries, and supporting documents for completeness.
• Conduct legal and factual analysis to identify issues and determine disposition.
• Evaluate information for compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Perform research to support case review and investigations.
• Draft correspondence, memoranda, and other written work products.
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation in systems.
• Communicate with stakeholders to obtain additional information as needed.
• Support quality assurance for timely and accurate work products.
• Manage multiple assignments and deadlines with strong organization.
• Protect sensitive and confidential information per policy.
