Job summary

Kaiva Tech, LLC is seeking a Compliance Review Attorney to support federal compliance and regulatory review for a government customer. The role involves analyzing complaints and supporting documentation to determine dispositions, and preparing written analyses, memoranda, and reports in a deadline-driven environment.

The attorney will review information for compliance with laws and policies, perform research, and communicate with stakeholders to obtain needed documentation.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant legal experience.

Responsibilities

• Review complaints, allegations, inquiries, and supporting documentation for completeness and sufficiency.
• Conduct legal and factual analysis to identify relevant issues and determine appropriate disposition or next steps.
• Evaluate information for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedural requirements.
• Draft correspondence, memoranda, summaries, reports, and other written work products.
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation within applicable systems.
• Communicate with stakeholders to obtain additional information or supporting documentation as needed.
• Support quality assurance to ensure accuracy and timeliness of work products.
