LeeTran is seeking a Mobility Coordinator to promote awareness, accessibility, and use of public transportation by engaging with residents, visitors, and community organizations. The role focuses on educating the public about fixed route services, identifying access barriers, and connecting individuals with appropriate transit resources based on need and eligibility.

Qualifications

• Two years of related work experience in public outreach or customer service.
• A valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Associate’s degree or two years of college in related field.
• Ability to coordinate programs and provide basic trip planning.

Responsabilités

• Promotes awareness and use of LeeTran services through outreach and education.
• Engages with residents and organizations to communicate transit options.
• Assists with field feedback, reporting, and program evaluation.
• Supports Marketing Department with administrative tasks.
• Identifies transportation barriers and connects individuals to resources.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
