Lee County Government seeks friendly part-time Tram Attendants for LeeTran. You will greet passengers, answer route questions, and assist drivers to keep trips safe and smooth in outdoor conditions. Positions run 4:00 AM–1:00 AM seven days, November 19, 2026 to April 21, 2027.

Ideal for those who enjoy outdoor work, flexible schedules, and helping the community travel safely. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license; customer service experience is preferred.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Lee County roads and areas preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide courteous and professional customer service to all passengers, while effectively multitasking.
• Give directions using electronic maps (e.g., Google maps).
• Ensure guests follow all policies and procedures.
• Provide general customer travel information.
• Provide crowd control and direct passengers.
• Monitor the area and tram for passenger safety.
• Help guests with wheelchairs or mobility devices on/off the tram and follow ADA requirements.
• Make announcements and share information using a microphone.
• Keep the tram and surrounding areas clean.
• Inspect vehicles and equipment, including general maintenance and safety checks.
• Performs related work as assigned.
