Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, transportation, or related field.
• Master’s degree desirable.
• Five years progressively responsible professional work experience with at least three years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct the City’s Transit Section.
• Develop and administer transit budgets and contracts.
• Coordinate planning, procurement, and program administration for transit services.
• Supervise staff and provide performance evaluations.
• Prepare staff reports and present to City Council.
