Benchmark Hospitality is looking for a House Attendant to join our housekeeping team at our Tampa hotel. The ideal candidate will help maintain clean public spaces and support room attendants, ensuring guests have a comfortable stay.

Responsibilities include assisting with linen on floors, delivering towels and supplies, and performing cleaning of public areas with attention to detail and a friendly, helpful demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Walk floors at the beginning and end of shift to collect bags, trash, and soiled linen.
• Deliver towels, cots and other items to guest rooms on request.
• Perform duties of room attendant when necessary.
• Clean all public areas in the prescribed manner following SOPs.
