Qualifications

• Meticulous attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift/carry or push objects up to 25–30 pounds.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, dust, vacuum, make beds, change linens, and replenish towels.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and dining areas.
• Ensure sanitation and hygiene standards are met; dispose of trash and recycling properly.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Follow hotel procedures for cleaning and handling linens, towels, and supplies.
• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and store per policy.
• Provide friendly, professional service and anticipate guest needs.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
