Public Spaces/Custodian (Maintenance)

The Custodian/Maintenance staff is responsible for cleaning the lobby and public restrooms, washing and folding laundry, assisting other staff in preparing checkouts to be guest-ready, and maintaining the facilities and grounds. They must respond promptly to emergency situations such as police, fire, emergency responder incidents, water outages, building electrical outages, water line breaks, and similar emergencies.
