Responsibilities

• Research cases for attorneys using online resources and libraries.
• Conduct additional research using state and county resources.
• Abstract transcripts and pleadings; proofread charging instruments; assist in motions and pleadings.
• Review and annotate digital media; prepare exhibits for litigation; manage discovery and file organization.
• Assist attorneys with preparation and presentation of evidence at hearings; coordinate with other offices.
