Responsibilities

• Responds to high volume inquiries from child support customers by phone.
• Identifies and helps resolve issues or directs to the appropriate case manager.
• Verifies data in the automated system to ensure correct processing of cases.
• Performs outbound calls as assigned and explains actions to customers.
• Documents inquiries and responses per procedures and supports team productivity.
