Job summary

State of Indiana, leading employer across 60+ agencies, is seeking a Web Master to shape IDHS’s digital presence. You will manage web content with DotCMS, produce multimedia assets, and ensure accessibility and branding consistency across agency sites.

The role requires proactive collaboration, experience with DotCMS/Smartsheet, and knowledge of AP style. This is a full-time on-site position in Indiana with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in multimedia software and tools.
• Strong storytelling and visual design skills.
• Experience with web content management systems (DotCMS preferred).
• Familiarity with project management tools (Smartsheet/Asana).
• Knowledge of AP writing style and journalism best practices.
• Basic front-end development (HTML/CSS) knowledge for updates.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain web content using DotCMS, ensuring information is up to date and aligned with agency standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve website structure, usability and accessibility.
• Publish multimedia content supporting agency goals and messaging.
• Coordinate content workflows using Smartsheet or other project management tools.
• Ensure all digital content aligns with IDHS branding and quality standards.
• Stay updated on emerging web and multimedia trends and technologies.
