North Highland is seeking a highly experienced Manager to lead our Public Sector Consulting team nationwide, delivering value to government clients and shaping public services through practical, actionable solutions. You will guide teams, manage client relationships with senior stakeholders, and drive multiple engagements from strategy through delivery, including modernization efforts like CCWIS and SACWIS.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of management consulting, advisory, or Big 4 experience.
• Experience in public sector and child welfare domains is preferred.
• Strong ability to build relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Experience with government modernization initiatives and HHS procurements.
• Proven track record delivering large, complex engagements.
