Job summary

North Highland is seeking a Senior Consultant, Management Consulting in Philadelphia to translate vision into value and drive impactful change. You will own a defined workstream, coach junior team members, and lead client-facing activities from planning to outcomes.

You will build trusted relationships with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and participate in proposals and sales pursuits while navigating competing priorities and risks. Authorized to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Experience owning and delivering a defined workstream within client engagements.
• Ability to understand client challenges and shape practical solutions.
• Experience facilitating workshops or client-facing sessions.
• Track record of delivering outcomes in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a defined workstream end-to-end, plan activities, manage risks, and reach agreed outcomes.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and present findings to senior audiences.
• Mentor junior team members and provide coaching to support delivery.
• Contribute to proposals, pricing, and pitches, and participate in business development.
