Job summary

Taidou is a private management consulting firm; Taidou GPS handles public-sector delivery for local, state and federal agencies. The Director owns a portfolio of Taidou GPS engagements, oversees delivery, leads senior teams and grows the accounts, shaping proposals and solutions.

You will lead and develop managers and consultants, ensure contract and reporting compliance, and identify follow-on work while building agency relationships across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years in public-sector consulting or programme leadership.
• Experience owning client relationships across multiple engagements.
• Knowledge of public-sector delivery and oversight.
• Eligible to work in the United States; ability to obtain public-trust or security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery across a portfolio of public-sector engagements.
• Lead agency relationships and identify follow-on work.
• Contribute to capture and proposals as solution lead.
• Lead and develop managers and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with contract, reporting and oversight requirements.
