Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own the public sector strategy, aligning regulatory requirements with model launches and product work. You will coordinate across research, infrastructure, security, compliance, and product engineering to ensure compliant, scalable delivery.

You will drive FedRAMP programs and manage the operating rhythm across segments, reducing bespoke coordination over time while engaging cloud partners for government deployments.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in technical program management delivering complex, cross-functional programs.
• Experience shipping software or infrastructure into regulated or restricted environments (government clouds, FedRAMP).
• Ability to coordinate across research, security, compliance, and platform engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the program for delivering Claude models into public sector environments: sequencing, dependencies, tradeoffs.
• Drive FedRAMP and similar authorization programs with privacy, security, compliance, and engineering teams.
• Plan and sequence work across public sector segments, ensuring model/API availability and parity.
• Represent public sector requirements in model launch planning alongside launch TPMs.
• Establish operating rhythm with a single view of workstreams, owners, risks and status.
• Document recurring efforts into repeatable processes for future segments.
