AlignityX is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager for Public Sector work in the Washington DC area, based in McLean, VA. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of enterprise platform implementations for government clients, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes while translating complex tech for executives.

The role requires 10+ years external delivery experience, active security clearance or ability to obtain one, and strong stakeholder management from C-suite to program teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering enterprise technology engagements as an external consultant or partner.
• Proven delivery of technical solutions for government clients at federal, state, or local level.
• Active government security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Fluency in enterprise systems: integration, data management, BPM, ERP/CRM.
• Accountability for outcomes and ability to present business cases to executives.

Responsibilities

• Shape platform implementation with architects and solution designers.
• Lead end-to-end delivery: scope, risk, team performance, timeline, client satisfaction.
• Analyze client environments to anticipate problems before they occur.
• Translate technical complexity into clear executive decisions.
• Manage engagement financials and forecast program health.
• Build relationships with buyers, technical leads, and sponsors.
• Partner with sales to develop roadmaps and business cases.
