Job summary

Public Consulting Group (PCG) is seeking experienced User Acceptance and System Testers to support software implementation, modernization, and digital transformation across public sector organizations. You will design, execute, and document testing to verify solutions meet business, functional, and data requirements.

The role works in Agile and hybrid delivery environments, collaborating with business analysts, developers, project managers, vendors, and client stakeholders to validate end-to-end

Qualifications

• 3+ years of systems/application testing, or systems/application quality assurance experience.
• Experience performing interface, integration, and end-to-end business process testing.
• Knowledge of APIs, web services, file-based transfers, batch processing, and system interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Create test scenarios, test strategies, reviews and data adhering to business standards.
• Conduct user acceptance testing on technical work items delivered for the business.
• Document detailed descriptions of failed scenarios and verify requirements.
• Report defects and manage them through their lifecycle.
• Coordinate with business to lead transparent testing efforts and select scripts.
