Job summary

Public Consulting Group (PCG) is seeking experienced User Acceptance and System Testers to support software implementation, modernization, and digital transformation projects across public sector organizations.

Working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments, the System Tester plans, designs, executes, and documents testing to verify that solutions meet business, functional, technical, data, integration, and operational requirements.

Qualifications

Experience planning and performing functional, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing, with the creation of test plans, cases, scenarios, and scripts.
Experience identifying, documenting, prioritizing, and tracking defects using test management tools.
Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies; ability to analyze requirements and translate to tests.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to explain testing issues to nontechnical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Create, develop, and maintain test cases, scenarios, and scripts based on requirements and workflows.
Execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities.
Ensure traceability between requirements, tests, results, and defects.
Partner with business and testing teams to select scripts and support end-to-end testing.
