Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking experienced User Acceptance and System Testers to support software implementation, modernization, and digital transformation projects across public sector organizations. The role operates in Agile and hybrid delivery environments in a US setting.

You will design and execute tests, validate data integrity, and collaborate with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure end-to-end business process quality and system readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and performing functional, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing, including test plans, cases, scenarios, and scripts.
• Experience identifying, documenting, prioritizing, and tracking defects using test management tools.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies.
• Ability to analyze requirements, technical specs, workflows, and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain test cases, scenarios, and scripts based on requirements and process workflows.
• Execute functional, system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, tests, results, and defects.
• Participate in sprint-based testing and support iterative software delivery processes.
