Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the California PMO, overseeing complex IT project delivery for the CSPS program. You will lead cross-functional teams, enforce PMO processes, and drive client-focused outcomes.

Remote work is allowed for staff based in the continental US, with occasional travel to Sacramento. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in PM, PMP certification, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven (7) years of broad, extensive project management experience.
• At least four (4) years as a senior PM on large or complex IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage PM processes across project workstreams (leadership, functional, technical, organizational change).
• Ensure documentation adheres to policy and procedure.
• Provide risk, issues, and health reporting with stakeholder presentations.
• Assist CSPS leadership in monitoring system integrator performance.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to improve project management processes.
