Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the PMO for the California CSPS implementation. Based in the continental US with remote options, you will guide cross-functional teams, manage project plans, risks and stakeholder communications, and ensure delivery of complex IT payroll and personnel solutions across agencies.

The role requires 7+ years of PM experience on large IT projects, a PMP, and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of seven (7) years of PM experience on large/complex IT projects.
• PMP certification from PMI is required and must not be substituted with experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; additional education may be substituted by experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMO and ensure formal PM processes across project workstreams.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Provide reporting on project risks, issues, and health; support leadership and SI performance.
• Contribute to account planning and value opportunities; manage relationships with client and SI staff.
