Crowe is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the California State Payroll System (CSPS) project within the SCO PMO. This role oversees a large, complex IT implementation with governance, risk management, and value delivery across multiple workstreams.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure PM processes are followed, and drive improvements in project management. Remote work is allowed for qualified US-based applicants.

Formación

• Seven years of broad, extensive PM experience; four years as a senior PM on large IT projects.
• Bachelor’s degree and PMP certification from PMI.
• PMP certification is required and may not be substituted with additional experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure formal PM processes are in place and followed across all project workstreams (leadership, functional, technical, and organizational change management).
• Maintain documentation in accordance with policy and procedure.
• Provide regular reporting on project risks, issues, and overall health, including stakeholder presentations as needed.
• Assist the CSPS Leadership Team in monitoring system integrator performance.
• Provide analysis and recommendations for improvements to project management processes.
