Job summary

Crowe, a leading accounting and advisory firm, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the CSPS PMO for a large-scale California payroll system initiative. The role emphasizes governance, client service, and cross-team collaboration across a multi-year program.

The candidate will drive project management processes, risk and issue management, and coordination with the system integrator, with remote work permitted for candidates based in the continental United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of PM experience in large/complex IT projects.
• At least 4 years as a senior PM on large IT projects.
• Bachelor's degree and PMP certification from PMI.

Responsibilities

• Ensure formal PM processes across all project workstreams (leadership, functional, technical, and organizational change management).
• Maintain documentation in accordance with policy and procedure.
• Provide regular reporting on project risks, issues and overall health, including stakeholder presentations.
• Assist CSPS Leadership in monitoring system integrator performance.
• Provide analysis and recommendations for improvements to project management processes.
• Lead and guide project execution and deepen client relationships.
• Contribute to account planning, identify opportunities to add value, and ensure high-quality delivery.
