Job summary

Icertis Inc. is seeking a Director, Solutions Advisory for Public Sector to drive strategic CLM solutions across GovCon, Federal, SLED, and Higher Education in the AMER region.

You will partner with sales, product, and customer stakeholders to shape strategies and lead pre-sales engagements that accelerate customer success. You will mentor a high-performing team, translate regulatory and contracting insights into business value, and influence roadmap priorities with senior executives across

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise software sales, solution consulting, or pre-sales leadership focusing on CLM and Public Sector.
• Experience supporting GovCon, SLED, Federal or Higher Education markets.
• Deep knowledge of CLM processes, compliance, and regulated contracting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to design and present tailored CLM solutions for GovCon, Federal, SLED, and Higher Ed.
• Lead pre-sales engagements including workshops, proofs-of-concept, and deep dives.
• Create Public Sector best practices and thought leadership on contracting and compliance.
• Monitor trends and translate insights into strategic advice for executives.
• Advise senior leaders and articulate business value across audience types.
• Provide feedback to product/engineering to influence Public Sector roadmap.
• Mentor a Solutions Advisory team across the Americas.
• Define and track key metrics and report results to leadership.
• Represent Icertis at GovCon and Public Sector events to strengthen market presence.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, procurement, and contracting stakeholders.
