Gleanwork is seeking a forward-deployed team member to discover and build the next generation of product surfaces. You will work directly with C-suite leaders across the world's most influential companies and Glean’s product teams.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, proven experience shipping production software, and the ability to communicate effectively with different audiences. This role is remote but requires 25–50% travel.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical roles with proven record of shipping production software.
• Experience in building AI-powered solutions at scale.
• Ability to identify core customer problems without a brief.

Responsibilities

• Discover and build Glean’s next product surfaces.
• Lead deep opportunity discovery with business analysis.
• Act as a technical partner to the C-suite.
