Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in roles like Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer with Elastic solutions or equivalent technologies.
• Experience with Elastic solutions (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search) or Elastic stack alignment with business goals is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing technical coverage with the account team while pursuing new deals.
• Define the technical success plan for each customer to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure a successful technical customer journey from onboarding to adoption and ongoing consumption.
• Articulate the value proposition of Elastic solutions and align them with customer goals.
• Identify and eliminate technical frictions to smooth adoption and implementation of Elastic solutions.
• Coordinate between customers and support to ensure optimized resolution and adoption curves.
• Collaborate with Service Team to deliver tailored solutions meeting customer needs.
• Translate customer business needs into technical requirements for Elastic solutions.
• Identify expansion opportunities and guide the account team to grow ARR.
• Maintain relationships to maximize utilization and drive ARR.
