Qualifications

• 7+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• Current state public assistance system experience supporting eligibility and benefits determination and case management.
• Experience supporting State clients in eligibility determination, benefits calculation, benefits issuance, and/or information management.
• Ability to travel 0-20%, based on work and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices while taking ownership of tasks and guiding more junior professionals.
• Lead workstreams on engagements related to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations, and Software Application Development & Maintenance.
• Contribute to deliverables and review work of others for quality and accuracy.
• Understand the client environment and overall project scope.
• Manage client and team value-creation activities.
