Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Deep understanding of government procurement processes, RFPs, and contract vehicles.
• Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading multi-department teams and engaging with senior government executives.

Responsibilities

• Align strategy with Verizon Public Sector goals and leading teams to exceed objectives.
• Maintain pipeline metrics, forecast, and contract tracking with a focus on federal/state/local opportunities.
• Coach and mentor public sector leaders to meet performance targets.
• Develop deal creation, contract economics, and RFP execution strategies for new agency logos and grants.
