Military, Veterans and Diverse Job Seekers is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Public Sector in Southern California. You will drive quarterly quotas, develop a dynamic territory strategy across wireless networking, IoT, LTE, and security solutions, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to win new business.

The role requires eight+ years in public-sector sales, California procurement experience, and a proven ability to lead channel partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of public sector sales experience.
• Experience with procurement vehicles/contracts in California.
• Knowledge in wireless networking, IoT, LTE, and security space.
• Must reside in Southern California, preferably San Diego County.

Responsabilités

• Achieve assigned sales quota on a quarterly basis and forecast accordingly.
• Prepare and deliver a dynamic territory strategy to expand customers.
• Utilize CRM and company resources to prospect and manage accounts.
• Review pipeline weekly with sales director and VP and take actions.
• Coordinate with support, service and management to meet customer needs.
• Travel to tradeshows, events, and networking sessions.
