Job summary

Masters Transportation in Orlando seeks a Public Sector Regional Sales Manager to grow our government and municipal business. You will own the full sales cycle, promoting shuttle buses and passenger vans to public sector customers and coordinating with internal teams for timely proposals and delivery.

The role requires at least three years of B2B sales experience, Salesforce CRM proficiency, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Minimum of three years of successful sales experience, preferably in B2B, fleet, transportation, commercial vehicle, or public sector sales.
Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system to manage customer activity, sales opportunities, forecasting, and pipeline reporting.
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, public administration, or related field preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify, create, develop, and secure new business opportunities within an assigned region with public sector and government customers.
Promote and sell shuttle buses, passenger vans, and related transportation solutions by assessing customer needs and recommending options.
Manage all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale follow-up.
Build and maintain relationships with public sector decision-makers and procurement contacts.
Monitor bid opportunities, RFPs, and government contract vehicles to identify opportunities.
