You will develop financial models, analyze portfolios, and support business development while gaining exposure to client engagements and Salesforce updates. Locations include San Diego, CA; Austin, TX; Washington, DC; Chicago, IL.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with 2–3 years completed in a related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to present complex information clearly.
• Interest in commercial real estate and public sector advisory.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex real estate portfolios and evaluate opportunities for public institutions.
• Develop financial models and valuations to support client outcomes.
• Conduct market and demographic research using internal and third‑party data.
• Communicate findings clearly to team members and clients, via written and oral presentations.
