Job summary

JLL is seeking a Summer 2027 Intern in Public Institutions Advisory to join our team. In this role you will learn real estate valuation methodologies, strategic advisory for public sector clients, and conduct comprehensive market analysis.

Education: pursuing a bachelor's degree with 2–3 years completed in finance, real estate, economics or related field. Permanent US work authorization required; positions are on-site in several cities including San Diego, Austin, Chicago, and Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly.
• Interest in commercial real estate and public sector advisory.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze real estate portfolios and advise on highest and best use for public institutions.
• Develop financial models and valuations to support client outcomes.
