Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years completed in finance, real estate, economics, business, or related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex real estate portfolios within public institutions to determine highest and best use and market values.
• Develop financial models and valuations using standard methodologies for client outcomes.
• Conduct market and demographic research using internal and third-party information services.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to internal teams and clients; participate in client engagements.
• Support business development through client proposals, pitches, and Salesforce tracking.
