• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Interest in commercial real estate and public sector advisory.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze real estate portfolios: evaluate development opportunities, asset portfolios, and operations for public institutions to determine highest and best use, market values, and advise on strategic initiatives.
• Develop financial models and valuations: use valuation methodologies, research, identify risks, understand market dynamics, and prepare models to support outcomes.
• Conduct market and demographic research: analyze market data and comparable transactions; perform detailed economic/demographic research to assess feasibility of strategies.
• Communicate findings and recommendations: present results to internal teams and clients; participate in client engagement activities.
• Support business development and operations: assist in client proposals, pitches, Salesforce tracking, and organize meetings and databases.
