Job summary

JLL invites a Summer Intern in Business Development to join our Public Institutions team in Dallas, TX for Summer 2027. You will learn strategic business development processes, analytical problem-solving, and client engagement within the commercial real estate sector.

You will gain hands-on experience in market research, data analysis, and presentations while supporting cross-functional teams and maintaining Salesforce tracking, marketing templates, and client deliverables.

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Accounting.
Strong analytical and financial analysis abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Market Research and Opportunity Tracking: Investigate and track real estate opportunities across sectors.
Client Data Analysis: Support collection and analysis of client data for thought leadership and presentations.
Business Development Support: Collaborate with teams to execute strategies.
Client Engagement Activities: Identify key government contacts, perform outreach, coordinate meetings.
Marketing and Presentation Support: Update Salesforce and assist with client deliverables and market updates.
