Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares and processes purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Solicits price quotes, bids, and proposals according to Florida Statutes.
• Reviews and evaluates vendor bids and quotes.
• Conducts market research to identify suppliers.
• Monitors vendor performance and maintains records.
• Coordinates with units to identify procurement needs.
• Ensures proper documentation for auditing purposes.
• Drafts procurement specifications and bid documents.
• Utilizes procurement platforms and systems.
