Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Engineering or Construction.
• Five years of full-time progressively responsible project management experience.
• Three years in lead or supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Manages budgets and schedules all phases from preliminary to post construction.
• Negotiates contract terms, administers consultant services, and manages bids.
