Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare specifications and invitation to bid or request for proposal packages.
• Secure and analyze bids; requisition materials and create purchase orders.
• Maintain files and records; manage solicitations and contract awards in eVA.
• Coordinate surplus property sales; serve as point of contact for vehicle and property insurance claims.
