Job summary

RICEFW Technologies Inc. seeks a Business Process Analyst to support Oklahoma’s Transformation Management Office (TMO) within OSDH. The role focuses on analyzing, documenting, and improving agency processes using Lean Six Sigma to streamline workflows and deliver sustainable improvements.

You will develop process maps, SOPs, reports, and recommendations, and lead offensive and defensive process improvement activities, ensuring alignment with agency transformation priorities.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years' experience as a business analyst or equivalent.
  • Master's degree preferred (MBA or MHA).
  • Experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, performance management, or related field.
  • Experience supporting strategic initiatives or enterprise-level improvement efforts.
  • Experience in government, public health, or regulated environments preferred.
  • Experience developing executive reports, dashboards, SOPs, or implementation documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct business process analysis through stakeholder interviews, workflow reviews, data analysis, and other assessment methods.
  • Develop current-state and future-state process maps, workflows, and documentation.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma and quality improvement methodologies to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop data-informed recommendations to improve efficiency, effectiveness, standardization, and sustainability.
  • Create and revise SOPs, process docs, business requirements, and executive summaries.
  • Facilitate process improvement sessions with program staff and stakeholders.
