Qualifications

• 2 years of benefits administration experience or equivalent.
• FPC or CPP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers full payroll cycle for City employees, including data entry and audits.
• Maintains payroll and benefits records in financial and HR systems.
• Processes hires, promotions, transfers, separations, and retirement changes.
• Assists with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations; open enrollment support.
• Prepares payroll-related deductions and tax filings; supports audits.
